VISIONx INC. is a
privately held Canadian company that develops, sells and supports:

systems. Our systems are being used to solve a wide variety of
applications in many different industries. Our basic off-the-shelf
systems range from operator-driven manual systems to fully-automated
multi-axis autofocus inspection and measurement systems. We can also
customize our off-the-shelf systems to meet the requirements of
unusual and one-of-a-kind applications.
Our products are primarily
used for high-tech manufacturing applications: electronics,
semiconductors, printed circuit boards, precision mechanical components
and assemblies, aeronautics & aerospace, etc… Most often, they are
used on the shop floor by production and quality-control personnel.
We also have products
that are appropriate for mobile and field applications as well as
general non destructive testing (NDT).
Our products are used
for quality control, dimensional verification, documentation, training,
as well as image analysis and high-precision non-contact visual

VisionGauge® is a powerful and easy-to-use software
product that will let you capture, manipulate, analyze, store and output
images and data. It can be used to:
- Carry out many different types of reliable and
repeatable high-precision measurements
- Compute measurement statistics
- Count and measure discrete objects such as
particles, grains and cells
VisionGauge® also has an integrated report generator
that you can use to quickly and easily produce illustrated inspection
reports containing measured data, and imported images and data into a
database.
VisionGauge® is primarily used in high-tech
manufacturing industries: electronics, semiconductors, printed circuit
boards, precision mechanical components and assemblies, etc… It is
used for quality control, dimensional verification, documentation,
training, as well as general imaging and high-precision visual
measurement. Because VisionGauge® is so user-friendly, it can be used
by anyone, whether they are executives or shop floor personnel.
VisionGauge® is a true 32-bit application that runs
under Windows™ 95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000 and XP.
VisionGauge® is very competitively priced and can be

a board level & software product.

- Open-frame stage with glass insert allows for both transmitted and
reflected illumination
- High-precision crossed-roller movements with built-in limit
switches
- Encoder feedback is available with resolutions as fine as 2 um, 1
um, 0.5 um, 0.25 um and 0.1 um
- Micro-stepping motor controller is capable of ultra-fine movements
- All axes can be controlled using either the external (3-axis,
3-speed) joystick or VisionGauge’s™ on-screen arrows. With
VisionGauge’s™ intuitive “teach” mode it is easy to create
part programs. Programs can be saved and retrieved to- and from-
disk.

Annual Support and Update Program
We are continuously working to improve and enhance
VisionGauge®.
Incremental updates are produced on a regular basis (typically once or
twice a month) and are posted
on our web page. These updates contain new features and
enhancements, as well as any bug fixes required.
Through this approach of continuous development,
VisionGauge® has
been enhanced tremendously over the years. Many innovative tools have
been developped and added, allowing VisionGauge®
users to perform functions and solve applications that could not be
solved previously. Over time, certain tools and operations within
VisionGauge® have
