Software developers

Job Profile :

Applicants must be self starters, who are able to work unsupervised and be an experienced programmer, with particular reference to Delphi 5.

Requirements :

A Degree or Diploma in IT, with particular reference to Programme Development.

At least 3 years experience.

A valid, unendorsed Driver’s Licence.

Sales

Job Profile :

Applicants must be proactive sales persons with a proven track record and used to networking with people at all levels of business.

Outgoing, with good communication skills.

Requirements :

A  Marketing Degree or Diploma.

At least 5 years experience in CCTV, Computer, Digital and Security sales.

A valid, unendorsed Driver’s Licence.

Technical Director

Job Profile :

Applicants should be experienced in the development of new projects and enhancement of  existing systems and products and packages such as :-

 Machine vision, Licence Plate Recognition and Face Recognition systems.

Should be lateral thinkers who can see the “Big picture”.

Requirements :

An IT Degree or Diploma.

A minimum of 3 years at Management level in a related field.

A good “Time Manager”, as deadlines are imperative in this position.

A valid, unendorsed Driver’s Licence.

Vertical Market Specialists

Job Profile :

Applicants should have a large list of Networking contacts and experienced in moving Core Technology into new areas.

International contacts will play an important part in this role, as the market is not limited to Southern Africa.

Must have integrity and understand good business ethics.

Must be a “Team Player”, but also able to work independently.

Must be an outstanding communicator.

Requirements :

A Marketing Diploma.

A minimum of 5 years sales experience, particulary in dealing with Senior Personnel and Decision Makers in the client base.

An excellent communicator.

Have a valid, unendorsed Driver’s Licence, as well as a Passport, as overseas travel could be involved from time to time.

Distribution Specialists

Recruit and manage the wide range of distributors that exist.

Job Profile :

Applicants should be analytical and pay attention to detail and time lines.

Have a knowledge of logistics and other business partners in the Distribution business.

Be a person of integrity and respected by others in the field of operation.

Requirements :

A Commercial Degree or Diploma.

Successful completion of a Project Management course will be beneficial.

A knowledge of local and overseas distribution requirements, such as export and transport policies.

A proven track record in the field of logistics.

A valid, unendorsed Driver’s Licence.
