Order information
Placing
orders on line
Most on line orders
will use direct transfer as the method of payment, however we will accept
Purchase Orders from Government Agencies, Universities, previous customers,
and many Corporate customers. Simply choose e-mail as the payment method
on the Customer Detail page when checking out and include the PO number.
Of course, you may also use pricing as you find it on the site and consider it
as a quote, including it on your purchase order form which you can FAX or
e-mail to us. WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND SECURITY - ALL CONTACT AND
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS ENTERED ON A SECURE 128-BIT ENCRYPTED SSL SERVER.
YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT DISCLOSED TO ANY ENTITY FOR ANY REASON, AND CREDIT
CARD INFORMATION IS DELETED AFTER TWO DAYS.
Product Delivery and Lead Times
Our goal is to
delivery ordered products as quickly as possible - lead times for our products
vary widely. Frame grabbers and software can typically ship within a
week if not immediately, camera product lead times can vary from one to four
weeks. We will notify you as quickly as we can after receipt of order
with an expected ship date. If you need the information more quickly, or
prior to the placement of an order, please contact us by phone. IF
ORDERING BY DIRECT TRANSFER PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED
UNTIL THE ORDER SHIPS.
Canceling an Order
In the event that you need
to cancel an order placed online, please call I-CUBE Customer Service using
the numbers listed under "Contact Information."
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive cartons
that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill
or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton,
all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service
Department using the numbers listed under "Contact Information"
within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you
determine that a shipment is lost.
International Orders
We accept orders for
delivery to addresses within SA. We also accept orders from customers in
many countries outside SA - if you would like to inquire about shipments to a
specific country, please contact us by e-mail.
Pricing
All Prices Subject to Change Without Prior Notice
Return policy
Unless specifically defined as an evaluation order with right of return, all
orders are assumed to be final. Any returns must be handled through
I-CUBE Customer Service using the numbers listed under "Contact
Information" or by e-mail to sales@i-cubeinc.com. No returns will
be accepted without an issued RMA. Returns may be subject to a restock
fee.
Privacy Policy
We're Concerned About Privacy
As a general policy, no personal
information is automatically collected from visitors to our site. However,
certain non-personal information about visitors is recorded by the standard
operation of I-CUBE Internet servers.
We do not engage in the practice of selling our customer lists or customer
information to third parties.
Shipping
Only select items are currently available for Next Day Air Delivery. If
expedited shipment is desired, request this in the text field provided on the
order page. You will be notified as to stock status or drop ship
capability as quickly as possible, and offered various methods of expedited
delivery.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipment items must be ordered prior to 2 p.m. Monday – Friday, pending payment authorization.
Most items listed on the I-CUBE web site will ship within a week after receipt of order, however some items may have extended lead times. To find out the exact lead-time for a particular product, contact us using the numbers listed under "Contact Information" or email I-Cube
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week pending payment authorization.
Product
Warranties
Some products sold by I-CUBE
come with a limited warranty or software license provided by a third-party
manufacturer or vendor. All merchandise which does not include a warranty
and/or software license by the manufacturer, vendor, is sold AS IS, without
warranty. I-CUBE makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
with regard to the merchandise, unless so indicated in writing. Products which
have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or
modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are
not capable of being tested are excluded from any warranty by I-CUBE. I-CUBE
shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect
to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the
merchandise including, but limited to, any claim for incidental or
consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the
merchandise. Please refer to the manufacturer's or vendor's warranty included
with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a
defect in materials or workmanship. The products we sell are not authorized
for use as critical components in human implantable devices, or life support
devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a human
implantable device, a life support device or system, whose failure to perform
can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the implant, life support
device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness.
